Orders and the contract

• An order is accepted once payment is confirmed, or once we confirm a cash-on-delivery order; you receive a confirmation by e-mail or SMS.
• We may decline an order if an item is out of stock or the price shown was clearly wrong, and will refund anything paid in full.

• Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT unless stated otherwise; shipping and any fees are shown before you pay.

Delivery and returns

Digital products and subscriptions

• A subscription is for the buyer's personal use and may not be resold or shared beyond the allowed number of devices.
• The subscription period starts at activation and can be renewed from your account before it ends.
• We may suspend a subscription when its payment is refunded or in case of misuse.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your sign-in codes secret. We may suspend an account in case of misuse or breach of these terms.

Intellectual property

The store's content (text, images, logos) belongs to us or its owners and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage from misuse of products or from service interruptions beyond our control, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations, and the Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
