Where we deliver

We deliver within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The shipping methods available for your city and their cost are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 working days of payment (or of confirming a cash-on-delivery order).
• Expected delivery is 2–7 working days depending on the city and the carrier.
• You'll get a message when your order ships.

Digital products and subscriptions

Digital products (subscriptions, activation keys, download links) are delivered electronically by e-mail or message and in "My orders" once payment is confirmed; nothing is shipped.

Delays

If your order is late, contact us. Under the E-Commerce Law you may cancel and get a refund if delivery is more than fifteen days later than the contract date or the agreed date, unless the delay is caused by force majeure.

Receiving your order

Please check the parcel when it arrives and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or missing.
